Happy Valentines Day everyone, this week has been my... Most eventful week as of late.

Depression over an OC

So this week I was supposed to get done with an art piece whenever I got around, but, It's kinda hard for me to want to finish this piece and I'll explain why. Ever since I was like 17 years old I was making this one game with these characters while going through a hard time in my life. It was a game called "Venturebound" that I was making and it was going to be a RPG Maker game that originally was going to be all shitposty but overtime became something more serious and quirky. Basically it was gonna be like the same ol Earthbound Inspired RPG about depression but overtime became more multiverse kinda deal. Well, I have not worked on it for many years but there's one character in particular that I kept commissioning years ago named "Aye'h" orginally named "Aeyh". Aye'h is what we call a "Draon" which is a magical humanoid species who all have unique magic dedicated to their interests and all that. For years I would commission Aye'h in particular of a bunch of art and even NSFW. She's also a shortstack character and basically quite small but also being very busty and all that. But overtime, stuff changed about me. I have gravitated towards other things I do enjoy more. Don't get me wrong, when I draw characters like Lumia for example, I kinda like her being as is looking all sexy and stuff but like, I don't think I will ever really draw porn anymore as it's just too bland for me. It's that artistic feel for the character that I want to go for more and maybe have people just swoon over while I can make some art that's kinda cool, That's what I like and that's something I like expressing. Aye'h, just takes me back to those days of character made just for commissioning porn and like, This recent piece just made me feel a bit icky since I was finally drawing her how I want to draw her, and In the end, I just can't really vibe with this character that much. I feel like I need to redo her design a bit more to be more enjoyable of a character. I will try to finish coloring it since I'm already at lineart with the character.

Got Lucky with a Lucky cat

So this is a funny little story but, The day before yesterday I was actually talking to my Fiance about wanting to get a Lucky Cat to have since I'm gonna need all the luck I can get with how it's been. Yesterday? We found a Lucky Cat! Like I don't often see these things around in Thrift Stores or anything but this was my first time and I feel like I was really lucky to have it now. I will get more into yesterday and today in a bit but, I will make sure to satisfy my Lucky Cat.

Yesterday was our Valentines day!

Because today she had to go to the hospital for her Scans and stuff, We decided that yesterday we're gonna go thrift shopping and going on a double date with our new roomates which we had a BLAST yesterday. Of course for the first time in a long time we sat down at 54th street and ate food. I got this burger called "Devil's Den Burger" it was actually pretty damn good and like, I think next time it's gonna be my burger to get. I tend to be a picky eater so with it having spicy mayo and crispy onion rings, It was a delight to eat. The wing sauce was so good too. We then went to like 2 thrift stores. The first place I went to I found 2 Aerosmith Vinyls, One was actually a Live concert Vinyl from the 70's. I opened that one up and I was just coughing dust because it was so old. The second one was the Greatest Hits Vinyl in which I already had that one on CD, But it also included a poster in which I wanna try to find a frame so I can have it up on a wall or something. I also did end up getting her a couple of things while we were there like some new boots and a whole trench coat and all that. She was so cute I swear! Anyways, The second place we went to that's where I got my Lucky Cat at! The place was just really nice and have nice vibes overall. They have a bunch of scent stuff alongside it being a antique store. The ladies there was really nice and even told us about the tea room in the back, We're considering checking that out one day. But there was just so many more antique stuff there, like very antique instead of stuff that I grew up with kinda antique. But she also got some stuff there as well. Overall, it was a fantastic date and we all ended up watching some Venture Bros on DVD.

Fiance's Health stuff

I'll be real today I was in a very worried state because she was getting a PET scan and typically they do a better layout of all the issues than a CAT scan. However, They saw nothing new and nothing really changed since the last scan. So for now on starting tommorow she will be on this new chemotherapy which is different this time around. Hoping that it ends up working well through and through cuz she will be on this for a long time. Overall, she was really strong with it the last time, She didn't lose her hair or anything but this could be the time that she ends up losing her hair during this. But yeah, they are really gonna make sure that cancer will ultimately die with this round. I hope that everything will pull through in the end.

Animay stuff

I think to end things off I wanna talk that I have been getting plenty of Animes on DVD and that me and the Fiance has been watching em on a nightly basis. We mostly been watching Trigun and later getting into cowboy bebop and even lain which after 2 episodes we went to watch more of the other animes (We will continue watching lain another time). So far with Trigun it has been an amazing Anime and I absolutely vibe and love it so much. I can't wait to get around to reviewing it cuz we're also gonna watch the movie too.
