[7/1/2024] What a busy month

Hey everyone, sorry for not updating as much this past month. I was too busy and conteplating updating for how busy I have been for the past month. There's quite a bit of stuff so let's get into it

I built my own Steam Machine

So I think the first one I wanna talk about is that I built my very own steam machine! I realized I don't really play PC games as much anymore, infact I prefer actually being on a couch and playing games and such. Ever since I installed Linux Mint on my system I haven't really bothered installing Steam to my computer anymore. Really it's just that, idk, Kinda tired sitting at my desk and just playing games? Plus I'm a lot more distracted with other things including being more productive with my work stuff. So I basically have a computer for the TV so that me and my fiance can watch stuff together and play games and all that. It's really great and Steam did a great job making an Interface that works well with a controller. My only issue is what ChimeraOS comes with and it comes with the Gnome Desktop Environment... Which tries to be like MacOS but way worse ironically. Smh, If only it came with KDE Plasma, like the Steam Deck has...

Work Work Work

Yeah, so this job so far has been really rough on me, Probably one of the more lesser jobs I have ever had but it pays about the same as my last job. For a Union Job, I sure do get forced to work overtime and all that. There are plus sides to this like listening to music on the job through one ear and like, It has it's perks. But hell, My thumbs are calloused alongside a black spot on each of them for pushing this one nut through with our bare fingers, Of course there's a tool you can use but we use the fingers to do it faster and overall it's easier. They have been very impressed with my skill so far and it makes me glad. But yeah, Work sucks but I'm glad I'm back making money again

Drawings, Characters.

This month I have been going at it with whatever freetime I had (Currently on basically a 2 week vacay and resting up from all the work I've done). As you all may noticed, I have a few characters I've drew for the upcoming Webcomic I want to make. Of course Some of these characters you will see soon in the series and others later on into the series. But, I decided to upload them because I want to draw in thoughts and mystery surrounding them. As for ref sheets, I did start on Miss Libre who I've now named "Felicia". However I only got the base version done, though I feel like I made her breasts a way too big and that the sides looks a bit, eh? Idk, Looks fine I should stop talking. I'm kinda dreading having to make many more ref sheets but I need to make em, I mean, I only have Lumia and Axel and I still need to work on Rango's Ref Sheet, Which reminds me that I think later I will draw Rango and Axel so I can go ahead and knock out their character profiles for the Anonipedia. Anyways, Drawing has been fun but takes up most of my time lol

Fiance Update

So she did get a scan earlier this month, And what had happened is that the new chemo drug she was taken had stopped working for her and it has grown just a little bit. It's, Really scary to have negative news about Cancer like this as it was seemingly stunted it's growth months ago. However, to consider this, It's still in the early stages and it hasn't actually affected her yet, It's still just a small spot on her. So recently, she has been taken a different treatment towards it. Which on a positive, she doesn't deal with cold sensitivity like she was dealing with before. Honestly, We're crossing our fingers and hope that this works out.

Anyways, This has been my blogpost. I don't know how often I will be updating it, especially considering that there's quite a bit on my table and things I really wanna do that I've been wanting to do. I will see you all when I can.
